These Terms govern your use of the Goji platform and website, operated by MeStyle Labs Co., Ltd. By using Goji, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

Businesses and creators must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under their accounts.

3. Campaigns & payments

Businesses fund campaigns with an all-in budget. Goji facilitates creator participation and processes payouts according to the campaign rules shown before launch.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, submit fraudulent content, or violate applicable laws.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Thai law, Goji and MeStyle Labs Co., Ltd. are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Goji in the three months preceding the claim. The platform is provided in good faith; we do not guarantee specific campaign outcomes or creator performance.
